About the Speakers

Scott Lesnick is an inspirational keynote speaker renowned for his memorable presentations. Scott captivates audiences worldwide with his engaging style. He is a sought-after author, having published both a memoir titled "Kidjacked – A Father’s Story" and a critically acclaimed book titled "Lifejacked: Life Lessons on Leadership."

Scott's expertise is recognized by his esteemed Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association, of which, there are only 600 full-time speakers worldwide.

Scott has presented at many Fortune 100 companies including: Berkshire Hathaway, United Parcel Service, Bank of America.

Also, Scott has completed the equivalent of running twice around the planet, covering an astounding distance of 50,000 miles!

Prior to his speaking career, Scott spent 24 award-winning years leading sales teams at Shaw Industries, a Fortune 500 company under the Berkshire Hathaway umbrella. This extensive experience in sales leadership provides him with practical insights and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals.

Andy Miller didn’t start his career in a classroom—he started it writing code and managing projects in the fast-paced world of electronics development. As a software engineer turned project manager, he saw firsthand how technology, people, and processes come together (and sometimes fall apart). That experience now shapes how he teaches.

Today, Andy is a Teaching Assistant Professor of Management and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in project management, business analytics, strategy, and change. In his classes, the focus is less on theory for its own sake and more on how things actually work in practice—using anecdotes, hands-on exercises, simulations, and real-world tools to help students build skills they can use immediately.

Andy stays closely connected to industry through ongoing involvement with professional organizations and conferences, including the Project Management Institute (PMI). He holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, and Prosci Change Practitioner. These experiences help him bring current, relevant perspectives into the classroom—especially in areas like Agile and leading change in complex organizations.

At his core, Andy is interested in how people navigate change—whether that’s adopting new technology, improving processes, or leading teams through uncertainty. His goal is to help students not just understand these challenges, but feel confident tackling them.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys fishing, reading, international travel, and volunteering at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society, where he works with cats.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Mr. Kissinger currently leads the architecture and automation practice at Network Health.  He also serves as an internal consultant for business and IT delivery teams.  Network Health is a Wisconsin-based 5-Star health Insurance company.  

Prior to joining Network Health, Mr. Kissinger worked at Dean Health Plan in Madison WI.

Kelly Liebmann is a Director in Commercial Business Solutions at Constellation Energy, where she leads the Commodity & Solutions team. She has more than 40 years of experience in Information Technology leading project and development teams. Kelly is a PROSCI‑certified Change Management Practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. She is known for driving effective changes and delivering business‑aligned solutions. Outside of work, she volunteers at her local library and enjoys time at the lake with her family.

Maribeth Achterberg is an innovative – and inspired – global business technology executive, board-level leader, and former business owner. She is widely recognized for her skillful effectiveness in designing, developing, and implementing information technology (IT) systems to improve business performance; championing initiatives for advancing women in technology; and creating open, engaging, and highly collaborative work cultures. She helps organizations unlock business value through data, analytics, and responsible AI. As a global technology executive and board‑level leader with 25+ years of experience, she advises CEOs, CIOs, and boards on how to modernize their data capabilities, strengthen governance, and build the foundations required for successful AI adoption.

Her career spans Fortune 500 companies, mid‑market enterprises, and high‑growth organizations across manufacturing, construction, CPG, transportation, utilities, supply chain, and the public sector. She serves on several advisory boards and the Board of Directors for Vida Medical Services. She is a long term member of CDO Magazine’s global editorial and executive board. Maribeth has two children, one fur baby and has been married to Jeff for almost 30 years. 

Connie Holmes is the founder of Confidence with Connie and BU2BFULL, Inc., where she empowers professionals and organizations to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose. With more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience spanning manufacturing, medical association management, and family business ownership, Connie brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and human potential.

Her career includes two decades in senior leadership roles within a national medical association, where she oversaw member engagement, volunteer management, and strategic initiatives that advanced the mission and expanded organizational impact. Today, in addition to running her coaching and consulting practice, she serves as a mindfulness teacher at an addiction recovery center, where she blends evidence-based tools with compassion to support long-term transformation.

Connie’s commitment to service extends into her community, where she currently holds board positions with two nonprofit organizations. Having been both a staff leader guiding volunteers and a volunteer leader herself, she offers a dual perspective on what makes associations and nonprofits thrive.
