For over two decades, Todd has led enterprise-level program portfolios across Fortune 500s, high-growth ventures, and global manufacturers. Whether it’s integrating IT systems post-acquisition, standing up PMOs from scratch, or rescuing red-line initiatives, Todd delivers results that move the needle – on time, under budget, and aligned with strategic intent. Todd holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, along with master’s degrees in project management and business administration. Todd is also certified as a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), underscoring his commitment to disciplined execution and strategic leadership.

Jesica Chavez is the Founder of Robo Success, a digital marketing agency that helps startups build sustainable growth. An Industrial Engineer with more than 15 years of experience across robotics and technology startups, she specializes in building and scaling Customer Success and Growth teams. Jesica is also Vice President of the Humanoids Summit and Chair of the Climate Robotics Summit, where she brings together innovators, founders, and industry leaders advancing the future of robotics. She combines operational expertise, strategic marketing, and a customer-centered approach to help ambitious companies strengthen their market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and turn innovative ideas into measurable results. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, growth, and meaningful impact.

Panelist

Pierce Laedtke is an IT PMO Manager at Plexus Corp., based in Neenah, Wisconsin. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Pierce brings extensive expertise in project leadership, strategic risk management, and continuous process improvement. Prior to Plexus, Pierce spent over 12 years at Oshkosh Corporation, much of that time serving as a Program Manager for Risk as well as Project Risk Manager. In these roles, he specialized in managing project and organizational risk, successfully driving mitigation strategies across the enterprise. Additionally, at Oshkosh, he also held roles in operations and business transformation, where he streamlined processes, enhanced operational efficiency, and led organizational change management initiatives. Complementing his corporate experience, Pierce has served over 19 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, currently as a Battalion Operations Officer (S3). He holds an MBA from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Panelist

Becky Rosenow is a project manager and operations manager with a passion for developing products and processes. Her eclectic professional background includes broad scientific, business consulting, and program management experience, primarily in life sciences and wellness industries. When it comes to risk, Becky doesn’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach— appropriate mitigation and documentation methods vary for product risk, project risk, and enterprise-level liability concerns. Outside of work, Becky enjoys staying active with martial arts training and other fitness challenges. Spending time with her family, including her two young children, helps her continuously sharpen her stakeholder management and general organizational skills.

Amanda Cronkhite is a Sales Enablement Leader with 17 years of industry experience, bringing a strong background in business strategy, leadership, and project execution. Based in Michigan, Amanda holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Throughout her career, Amanda has focused on driving organizational success through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her passion for helping teams achieve results and navigate complex initiatives has made project management a cornerstone of her professional approach. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys cooking for friends and family, attending sporting events, and exploring new destinations through travel.
