Nila Vaishnav
Panelist
Nila is a talented IT Professional, an experienced Project Manager, and a teacher. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge while also having a thirst for gaining new knowledge.
While working for diverse industries for more than 20 years, Nila has developed subject matter expertise in specific areas of IT and Project Management. She also taught IT courses at Wisconsin Technical Colleges. She has leveraged these experiences in her new part-time career as a public speaker along with her co-speaker Kate Milani, to speak on specific Project Management topics. Nila’s credentials include a BA in Economics and Psychology from St. Xavier’s College in India, a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, and a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute. Nila is currently serving as the speaker selection team member.

Tim Henning
Panelist
Tim Hennig is an accomplished IT and GIS professional with over a decade of experience leading complex technology initiatives in the public sector. As the driving force behind the Village of Bellevue’s enterprise IT and geospatial systems, Tim has managed the full lifecycle of critical infrastructure projects—ranging from network and cloud/server migrations to cybersecurity, enterprise GIS, asset management, permitting systems, and so on. His leadership has produced measurable results, including award-winning GIS solutions that have improved operational efficiency and enhanced public engagement.
Tim brings a strong foundation in project management, system architecture, and cross-departmental collaboration, earning a reputation for delivering solutions that align with organizational goals while navigating regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and emerging technology trends. He is an alumnus of UW–Platteville, UW–Oshkosh, and Fox Valley Technical College, where his academic work focused on Organizational Change Leadership, Project Management, Geographic Information Systems, Urban Planning, and Information Technology.

John Westman
Panelist
John is the Engineering & Technical Publication Manager for the HES (Heavy Equipment Segment) of the Applied Solutions Group, an affiliate of The HEICO Companies, and has 25+ yrs of engineering design and project management experience, primarily in the mobile construction equipment manufacturing, aeronautical system design and test, and DOD design and fabrication industries. He obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University and a MSA in Business from Central Michigan University.
He also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). John serves as Treasurer for the L’Anse Masonic Lodge #547 and is on the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) for the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MMET) program at Michigan Technological University.

Patrick Greenwell

Senior Digital Technology Manager (Program Manager) at McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc.
With over three decades of progressive experience in digital technology, project leadership, and business
systems analysis, Patrick Greenwell is a results-driven program manager who thrives in transforming
complex technical initiatives into business value. Currently, he leads digital technology efforts at
McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. which is part of Oshkosh Corporation, where since June 2015 he
has spearheaded programs that align strategy, operations, and technology to deliver long-term business
goals.
Patrick is certified in multiple disciplines: he holds PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP
(Agile Certified Practitioner), PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master I), and SA (presumably SAFe or similar
Agile leadership) credentials. These certifications complement his hands-on experience delivering both
traditional and Agile projects in highly regulated and complex environments.
He is also deeply involved in the professional project management community: Patrick served as the
President of PMI Northeast Wisconsin, Webmaster, and director of speaker selection committee, he
continues to advance project management practices regionally, fostering community learning, and
promoting ethical and standards-based practice.

Jay Plemon

Jay is a results-oriented project leader with a distinguished background in facility management and
commercial construction leadership roles. His career is marked by extensive experience in Capital Project
Management, Resource Allocation, Strategic Project Management, Organizational Transformation
Leadership, Interdepartmental Process Mapping, Budget Development, Analysis, Forecasting, and
Continuous Improvement initiatives. Jay is an active member of the PMI-NEW Board of Directors and
holds a Master of Science in Project Management, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
