The presentation introduces AI technologies and discusses their rapid advancement. It highlights the current use of AI in project management tools such as Microsoft Project. The presentation also lists various AI tools available for immediate use, including Microsoft CoPilot and Perplexity.AI.

Additionally, it provides nine practical applications of AI in areas like meetings, marketing, daily paperwork, research, policy creation, project documents, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and legal tasks. The presentation also includes a discussion on the future of AI assistants and robots, predicting their increasing availability and capabilities, and the importance of continuous change. It concludes with live demonstrations and a Q&A.

analysis, kick-off meeting, and risk analysis. Through practical examples and hands-on exercises, 
participants will learn how to apply AI techniques to efficiently create these critical project artifacts. So

His experience spans roles as: Broadband Director and CIO/CISO for Brown County, and IT Director for the Medical College of Wisconsin. August is a consultant and speaker on applying AI, improving cybersecurity and information security, and enhancing business operations.
