Assistants at Chapter Meetings perform a variety of duties to help set up for the meeting, execute the meeting, run the meeting, and close up after the meeting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup equipment needed for the meeting (projector, computer, screen, etc)
- Set up registration table
- Greet and register members as they arrive
- Greet speaker(s) and help them set up if needed
- Work with facility staff to ensure they are ready for the meeting
1-2 hours per month
