Journey to Agile: A Panel Discussion

APanelMany organizations are moving toward Agile methods and mindsets to allow teams to increase the speed in which they can deliver client needs. While the potential rewards are great, the transition to Agile can be plagued with obstacles if not effectively managed.

At our April chapter meeting, a 3-member panel from local companies will answer questions and share information about their company’s transition from traditional projects to adaptive customer-centered Agile processes. Our panel members represent Kimberly-Clark, Genex Cooperative, and Skyline Technologies. And our session will be moderated by a member of the PMI-NEW chapter from Thrivent Financial.

Attendees will learn about the approaches taken at these companies to launch Agile within their organizations, how the organizations structured their “Agile offices”, and the challenges and greatest successes experienced by these organizations. We will take questions from the meeting attendees, time permitting.
