Change. Challenge. Opportunity.
PMI-NEW presents an afternoon seminar with Joe Perzel, president of JPerzel, Inc. and currently on the Board of Directors and an Operations Committee Member for the Project Management Institute - Minnesota Chapter.
Joe’s years of experience running information systems, operations, and business projects - from conception to completion, including strategic planning, design, vendor management and personnel phases - has cumulated in the successful deployment in both custom and package systems for business and economic efficiency.
Joe promotes a leadership model which includes an eye toward team inclusion. Seminars stress successful project/program management does not start or end with meeting a budget; the balance of stakeholder, client, and staff communication and expectations are critical to a positive project outcome.
