Finding Your Place in the W-Agile World (Virtual)

A person might be qualified to do a job, but that doesn’t mean they will enjoy it or excel in that role or environment. How do you find the place you belong; why is it important? Join us for a conversation on belonging, and finding your place in the W-Agile world.

During this session we will explore Waterfall, Agile, and W-agile, considering who might enjoy each of these ways of working.  We will then dive into the roles within, what “hats” they wear, and examine by personality type who might prefer each.  Then we will tie it all together as we explore these personality types, belonging, and how this can help lead one to find their place in the W-Agile world.

Through interactive activities and conversations, we hope to shed some fresh light on the topics and leave you with a few take-aways that could be shared with others to convey there are reasons for each of these ways of working, important contributions from each of these roles, and how one may prefer and excel in one over another as supported by Myers-Briggs personality types.
