Traci Duez - Change is the only constant in life. If you have a difficult time with change, you will have a difficult time with life.

Albert Einstein said "The significant problems we face today cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." Change is initiated by issues, challenges and problems. Your ability to solve problems and create change will determine your success. In order to create real, lasting change you must change your "level of thinking". How do you do that? We'll discover that and how to create something much more valuable than success in this presentation.

In this presentation you will discover:
• The objective hierarchy of value (based in mathematics)
• The anatomy of a habit
• The anatomy of change
• A New Way of looking at thinking and choices
• How to move from survival through success and onto significance
o Those who can handle change survive.
o Those who can create change and solve problems are successful.
o Those who inspire others to change are leaders of significance.

How Neuro-Axiology can improve your leadership abilities, your critical thinking and your productivity by helping you create REAL, LASTING change.

Cinda Voegtli - "Change Perceptions to Influence and Improve Project Management in Your Organization"

We can’t deliver on the promise of our wonderful project management tools and techniques if our teams don’t want them or our organizations don’t consistently support them!  Team and organizational support and adoption are not a given.  (Is your project management seen as “just enough,” or as “way more than we need?!) Their perception of project management is the reality in which we have to do our jobs.  We often have to earn respect for our PM role day to day, and get cooperation on activities like planning, through personal credibility, influence, and “what’s in it for you” communication.  This session will cover a how a PM’s communication style, language use, adaptation of project deliverables, personal credibility, and influence skills can make difference in gaining and maintaining team cooperation.  It also provides examples of how business-savvy kickoff sessions, short process workshops, a specific kind of regular PM meeting, project-specific cheat sheets, and more can be used to replicate a practical, support-generating understanding of PM across an organization.

Cinda Voegtli, BSEE, is Founder and CEO of, an online resource and support service publishing “project know-how from the field” in the form of tools and techniques, online workshops, expert interviews, and more, to over 350,000 managers and team members worldwide.  She writes, speaks, and teaches extensively, and uses her 20+ years of development and management experience to advise companies on practical, lightweight project management. Cinda’s passions are achieving the “just enough” project management that makes sense for each situation; building business-savvy cross-functional teams; and helping PMs bring together the skills and attitudes that make them truly great project leaders.  Outside work she is an avid hiker, camper, and cross-country skier, and also mentors high school students as they plan for college and careers.

dr james brown twoDo you have the fundamental change management knowledge to assure project success? Change management for organizational (stakeholder and customer acceptance) of change is a responsibility of the project manager. But, it is a role that is typically underappreciated… underutilized… and frankly not even recognized by many project managers. Change management is complex. There is no cookbook recipe you can find and then simply apply to your situation. Change management is necessary for success. Just like a battery stores up energy, you need to store up knowledge of change management and then apply when needed. This keynote presentation will help you do just that.
