Patrick Liebmann
IS Technical Project Lead, Network Health
Patrick Liebmann is an IT Technical Project Lead with Network Health focused on infrastructure and Healthcare related projects.
With over 37 years of technology and project management experience, in Wireless Communications, Records Management, Cartography, Manufacturing as well as Healthcare, he has witnessed firsthand how technological advancements have impacted company’s processes and people.
Patrick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM.) He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and Business Administration from Lakeland College and an MBA from UW-Oshkosh.

Kevin Addesso
Senior Director of Research & Development/Food Safety & Quality, Johnsonville
Kevin started his career at Johnsonville in 2004 as R&D Coordinator charged with the responsibility to build and expand the R&D Team. He progressed through a few core R&D roles including Technical Innovation Coordinator, Director of R&D and most recently Senior Director of R&D and FSQ.
Establishment of a Project Management (PM) Team within R&D early on was a critical piece of the R&D Team’s foundation. The PM Team currently leads many of Johnsonville’s projects that contribute to our success.
Kevin is a Member of the Strategy Team responsible for planning, implementing, and executing technical initiatives which support the overall enterprise Strategic Priorities. He coaches the broader R&D Team including Product/Process development, Packaging Development, Product Performance & Insights, Regulatory & Labeling, Project Management and Food Safety & Quality. Kevin recently assumed additional responsibility as Owner of Portfolio Strategy which is part of Integrated Business Planning.
Kevin and his wife Anne, who is also a Johnsonville Member, have been married for 32 years and have one son and one daughter.
Kevin holds B.S and Master’s degrees in Food Science from Rutgers University.

Michael Rehberg
Vice President, Information Technology & CIO, Navitus
As Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Michael oversees all aspects of the company’s technology vision and operations by delivering technology innovation to meet today’s health care challenges and empowering our client partners with the tools necessary to grow. With a focus on innovation and modernization, Michael ensures the company remains well positioned to deliver optimal technological solutions to external customers and internal stakeholders.Prior to joining Navitus, Michael led enterprise data strategy and daily data operations for a global outsourcer of customer care, call center, sales support and IT services at Alta Resources. Previously, Michael spent more than 10 years in consulting and technology. He specialized in data warehousing and led numerous data warehouse projects for various clients, including, Harley-Davidson and SAKS Incorporated.Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in computer system management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Timothy Riley
CIO, Network Health
Tim oversees Network Health’s technology and software modernization initiatives and business system support programs. The areas within Tim’s responsibility include information technology delivery, security, infrastructure. Tim has more than 35 years of leadership experience spearheading technology initiatives, supporting new products and services, along with building service-oriented IT leadership teams. He specializes in deriving operations value out of current systems investments and developing sustainable technology roadmaps.
Prior to joining Network Health, Tim served as Chief of Business Intelligence and Strategic Initiatives at MVP in Schenectady, New York, and Chief Information Officer of HealthSpring in Nashville, Tennessee, and Partners National Health Plans in North Carolina. He holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Sean VanHandel
Senior VP & CIO, CoVantage Credit Union
A lifelong learner, Sean VanHandel is the Senior technology leader for CoVantage Credit Union, a $2.7 billion credit union in north central Wisconsin. Leading a team of almost 40 Information Systems and Technology staff, his experience and expertise around technology helps shape the overall technological and digital vision of the credit union.
With over 25 years of technology experience in multiple facets within healthcare and manufacturing, Sean now works to establish and deliver technology strategies around digital engagement, emerging technology adoption, cost reduction, security, and efficiencies in the financial area for one of the fastest growing credit unions in the state of Wisconsin.
Sean previously worked as a security and infrastructure consultant in the Fox Valley for 15 years as well as a senior engineer at Oregon Health and Science University, one of the largest infrastructure networks in the state of Oregon.
Sean earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon. He holds CISSP and CCIE certifications among multiple other technology certifications and is currently pursuing a CUNA Executive Management certificate.
