Solving Tomorrow's Problems Today
Project management and its managers have a great challenge, no matter the project size or scope, determining what can happen in the future and being ready for it today. This one-hour session explores key aspects that take place in all projects that must be addressed and planned for early on and throughout the project, to ensure that when certain challenges arise, some would call them problems, and they often do in any project, the savvy and prepared project manager and their teams are ready, willing, and able to address and minimize their impact and outcome.
By the session’s conclusion, all attendees will have multiple innovative ideas that they can apply to current and future projects, which allow them to become more tactually capable daily, but even more importantly, strategically visionary and prepared for outcomes and issues that will arise before they happen.
