Little Decisions - Big Results
Your career path will most likely take many turns. Identifying the little decisions you make, and their impacts will help identify, modify, and reinforce your career path and eventual success. Jim will challenge us to evaluate the path that all of us are on, and most importantly, help us recognize the connection between our career and our life goals.
Learning Objectives:
- Raise our awareness of critical decisions we encounter every day.
- Identify what is truly important to each of us (and that answer is not uniform to all.)
- How can Socrates' philosophy help us improve our career path, career and overall enjoyment of life?
- Learn to avoid the dangers of perceptions and blame that can harm your career path.
